These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of CoordlyOS (also referred to as “the service”, “we”, or “our”). By signing in or using the service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
1. Description of the service
CoordlyOS is a personal operating system for tasks, habits, goals, journal, calendar, and productivity workflows. The service is offered in a Free tier and a paid Pro tier. Features, limits, and pricing may change over time; we will communicate material changes as described in these Terms.
2. Free vs Pro
Free tier: You may use the service with the limits and features described in the app (e.g. limited life areas, habits, or features). Data may be stored locally and/or in the cloud when you sign in.
Pro tier: A paid subscription unlocks additional features (e.g. all life areas, unlimited habits, weekly review wizard, goals, focus timer). Pro is billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout.
3. Payment, renewal, and cancellation
Pro subscriptions are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you agree to the applicable subscription fee and billing cycle. Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel before the next billing date. You can cancel or change your plan through the app (e.g. “Manage subscription” in Settings), which redirects to Stripe’s customer portal.
Refunds: We may offer refunds at our discretion (e.g. within a short period after first purchase). Otherwise, fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
4. Acceptable use
You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in line with these Terms. You must not: use the service to harm others, distribute malware, abuse or overload our systems, scrape or harvest data beyond normal use, or violate any applicable laws. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms.
5. Account termination
You may stop using the service at any time. You may request account and data deletion via the app or by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms or for operational or legal reasons. On termination, your right to use the service ends; we will handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and retention practices.
6. Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose. You use the service at your own risk. We are not liable for any decisions or outcomes you base on use of the service.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we (and our affiliates, directors, employees, and suppliers) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use or inability to use the service. Our total liability for any claims related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those jurisdictions, our liability will be limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.
8. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page and update the “Last updated” date. Material changes may be communicated by email or in-app notice. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
